An historical client asked Motorlift to develop and supply in short time an synchronous electric motor with high performances and efficiency with permanent magnets.
This project was completed by the use of the new testing bench (“Collaudo 4.0”) , in order to provide to the client the complete engine characterization and parameterization to put in the spindle machine.

Partnership: our presence and contact in different sectors, allowed us to develop a new custom carbon banding in record time, reducing dramatically the pre serie realization time to only 3 weeks.

Motor characterization: the new test bench “Collaudo 4.0” was used to verify the characterization motor data (MTV, MTP etc..). Those data has been used after by the client for a quick integration of the motor in the system.
