Thank’s to the referal from a Ligurian client, we has been contacted by the maintenance company of a series of funicolars for private villas located along the Ligurian and Cinque Terre Coast. Those machines were out of production, with special motors 6/24 poles that needed to be changed maintaining the geared part along with the machine base.

Electrical analysis: sizing the new 6/24 poles motor, considering tropicalization anti corrosion threatment because of the proximity to the sea.

Mechanical design: develop and production of the mechanical interface, needed to adapt the new motor to the existing reductor and to the machine base.

Technical Assistance: follow the client specific request, technical Motorlift staff has attended the installation of the first unit, to verify the correct positioning and motor functioning.
