Technical dimensioning:using a specific software, and the knowledge in this field, we found the critical points to adjust, to have a strong increase in the motor performances and reliability. Cost optimization: after reaching the technical target, the team worked deeply to reach the budget cost suggested by the client for the final serie production. Production plan: agreeded with the client a production plan in order to satisfy the requested delivery time for the upcoming orders.
